Position Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our affiliate program. This role is responsible for executing campaigns, managing partner relationships, and supporting growth initiatives across the affiliate channel. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, marketing experience, and a passion for performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including campaign setup, partner communication, and offer execution.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives through campaign delivery, performance tracking, and budget management (approx. $5M annual budget).
• Source and evaluate potential affiliate partners; negotiate terms and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain up-to-date promotional materials, program documentation, and partner-facing assets.
• Develop and optimize marketing offers to increase customer acquisition and campaign ROI.
• Prepare summaries and documentation to support internal decision-making and external negotiations.
• Foster strong relationships with partners and external vendors to drive growth and program visibility.
• Ensure compliance with program standards by monitoring partner activity.
• Respond to partner inquiries, manage logistics, and oversee outbound communications.
• Analyze performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI) and identify trends or issues.
• Support reporting processes and surface insights for tactical improvement.
• Monitor budget pacing and process invoices to ensure alignment with spend forecasts.
• Stay informed on affiliate trends and apply best practices to enhance execution.
• Collaborate with affiliate agency partners and internal stakeholders to meet campaign goals.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• 3+ years of general marketing experience with a focus on campaign execution and analysis.
