We’re growing fast and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Affiliate and Commerce Marketing Manager to supercharge our affiliate, influencer, and commerce partnerships, driving brand growth and revenue.
About the Role
This high-impact role is for a savvy marketing candidate with a knack for creative storytelling, relationship-building and data driven optimization. You’ll own and scale our affiliate and commerce marketing programs, leveraging cutting-edge tools and strategies to elevate Vestaboard’s brand and maximize ROI across social media.
What You’ll Do
• Identify, recruit, and onboard diverse affiliate, influencer (including micro- and niche influencers), and commerce media partners (including major media outlets) in the US and global markets.
• Manage end-to-end affiliate and commerce programs using platforms like Impact and ShareASale integrating AI-driven analytics for optimization.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, multi-touch attribution, and performance tracking to boost engagement and revenue.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling, brand-aligned assets and storytelling for partners.
• Deliver actionable KPI reports, ROI insights, and strategic recommendations using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Hubspot
• Stay ahead of trends in affiliate marketing, social commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop, Instagram Checkout), and global publisher ecosystems
• Explore innovative partnerships to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Who You Are
• Personable, persuasive, and skilled at building strong, trust-based relationships with individuals and businesses.
• Strongly familiar with social commerce platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok)
• Dynamic and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Creative with sharp judgment, knowing what can resonate and when to pivot.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or social commerce marketing, ideally at a known consumer brand or e-commerce marketplace.
• Proficient in affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale) and data tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Hubspot).
• Aware and interested in AI-driven tools for campaign optimization or predictive analytics.
