The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, currently seeking an Affiliate Marketing Program Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is Remote, based out of the Irvine, CA 92612 area. Details of the position are as follows: Shift Information: • Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Remote, W2 Position! • Pay range starts at $68/hr! • 12+-Month contract to start, extension or conversion beyond that is based on performance and budget at that time. Job Description: • Position is primarily responsible for owning and building a performance-based Affiliate Marketing program for a leading brand in the health and wellness or consumer goods space. • Position will also be responsible for managing vendor and partner relationships, negotiating rates, optimizing campaign performance, and tracking KPIs. • Position will be in charge of identifying and nurturing affiliate partnerships, analyzing data to inform strategy, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize channel performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is Required! • 3+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience is Required! • Experience with affiliate platforms (Rakuten, ShareASale, Impact, CJ, Pepperjam) is Required! • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is Required! • Experience in the e-commerce or consumer goods industry is Preferred! • Familiarity with influencer marketing and social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, IG Shop) is Preferred!
