More About The Role
Join our team as a Temporary, Part-time Affiliate Marketing Manager (3 hours per day, 15 hours per week through December 31st). This role can be executed fully remote.
Responsibilities
β’ Seamless Program Onboarding Management: Oversee affiliate onboarding execution on platform, including identifying the right partners, assessing/setting/updating commissions, managing cookie windows/tracking links, and auditing brand cards for accuracy
β’ Affiliate Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client overall business objectives; provide recommendations around custom approach as it relates to different affiliate categories or niche requirements for certain partners
β’ Partner Building and Relations: Manage and optimize relationships with affiliate partners to ensure delivery and maximize program performance, including pitching, vetting, contracting, and pricing. Draft monthly newsletters to send to partner network to ensure consistent communication and updates
β’ Results Driven: Lead performance tracking and reporting, including ROI analysis across affiliate channels; Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
β’ Internal Team Communications: Connect with our internal account teams across public relations and influencer marketing to ensure all programs are working together to meet client goals; sharing strategic insights and learnings to internal team to provide best recommendations to client.
Qualifications
β’ Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years in publisher, affiliate, and/or performance marketing with direct publisher partner/influencer management, success in increased sales
β’ Strategy Implementation: Demonstrated ability to drive affiliate success through strategic planning and proactive program management. History of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs through well-executed marketing initiatives
β’ Affiliate Platform Mastery: Previous experience working with leading affiliate networks such as CJ, Rakuten, and/or Impact
β’ Creative, Writing, and Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting data and ideas to leadership, documenting processes
β’ Analytical Acumen: Experience putting together reports to illustrate program performance and experience pulling insights from reports to improve future performance
The pay range for this role is $40-55 per hour (3 hours per day, 15 hours per week through end of the year)
