An ideal candidate is a current student with a strategic and results-driven mind set and with a passion for driving growth through affiliate marketing. No need to have a proven track record in affiliate marketing, relationship management and campaign optimization for e-commerce brands but have the desire to learn and earn. Objectives of the role Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Negotiating and managing affiliate partnerships, including commission structures, terms and incentives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Monitoring and optimizing affiliate campaigns to maximize performance, ROI and conversion rates. Providing regular reporting and analysis on affiliate program performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement. Your tasks Identify and sub targets within the student population Sell services including semester long subscription packages and one time services Use social media to help promote yourself and Lazybones Colorado Develop marketing collateral for social media, print or in person opportunities! Required skills and qualifications Ideally the candidate would be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field but it is not required. Strong understanding of or willingness to dig in and learn affiliate marketing principles, strategies and best practices. Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing channels. Exceptionally strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
