A fast-growing wellness and lifestyle business based in Dubai is hiring a Generative AI Content Creator to support a newly launched athleisure apparel brand. This is a newly created, highly niche role for someone passionate about pushing creative boundaries using AI. The successful candidate will play a key role in content creation for social media, performance marketing, and e-commerce campaigns. Role Overview This is not just content creation. You’ll be responsible for using AI tools to create high-quality, campaign-ready images and videos across digital channels. From concept to execution, you’ll support internal marketing, e-commerce, and brand teams by generating scalable visual content aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Produce AI-generated visuals and videos for social, advertising, and product launches using tools like Runway ML, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Pika, Sora, and Leonardo AI. • Tweak and repurpose existing assets to create multiple campaign variations (e.g., outfit changes, product renders, backdrops). • Generate e-commerce-ready content by creating visual variations from limited product photography. • Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to create content for Meta ads and digital campaigns. • Stay updated on generative AI trends and propose new creative applications (e.g., video try-ons, avatar trainers). • Organize and maintain a version-controlled content library for internal use. • Contribute to future innovations such as AI-enhanced fitness video content. Candidate Profile • 2–3 years hands-on experience with AI content creation (image or video), not just recently adopted. • Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated work and an experimental, forward-thinking mindset. • Confident with tools like Runway ML, Midjourney, Pika, D-ID, Sora, HeyGen, or similar. • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and content performance. • Basic editing skills in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. • Comfortable working closely with photographers and brand teams in a fast-paced creative environment. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Nice to Have • Experience in athleisure, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands. • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other conversational AI tools for scripting and ideation. • Understanding of brand identity systems, digital localization, and ethical considerations in AI content. • Please note only suitable candidate's will be considered for this role
