Role description
We are partnering with our client to help them find an AI Workflow Consultant to join their team in this remote opportunity. This is a fulltime, 3 month contract with likelihood to extend. While on contract you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision and more.
Ideal Candidate: is a seasoned AI consultant with at least 4 years of experience in workflow automation, AI integration, and martech/creative operations, skilled in tools like GPT, Adobe Firefly, Airtable, and Zapier. They can also rapidly assess existing systems, deliver early-stage pilot automations, and leave behind scalable, well-documented solutions for long-term team success.
About the Role:
Weβre looking for an AI Workflow Consultant to help build out an internal AI ecosystem designed to streamline operations, accelerate workflow speed, and reduce friction across DTC, creative, and campaign execution teams. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations, automation, and AI technology, with a passion for turning complex, manual processes into efficient, scalable systems.
Key Objectives:
β’ Lead discovery sessions to map out current workflows across eCommerce, creative, and planning teams.
β’ Identify operational bottlenecks, focusing on manual tasks such as creative resourcing, timeline tracking, and brief approvals.
β’ Design and prototype AI-powered solutions (e.g., AI timeline assistants, automated brief scoring tools, and campaign trackers).
β’ Develop actionable, testable workflows that can be documented and maintained after engagement.
β’ Consult with leadership to create a unified AI strategy that avoids βtool chaosβ and integrates seamlessly with existing platforms (Adobe, Airtable, etc.).
Optional Extensions:
Depending on the scope of the engagement, this role may collaborate with:
β’ AI Systems Engineer: To build internal utilities and connect tools for automated project planning.
β’ AI QA/Trainer: To optimize content workflows, ensure AI output is accurate, and establish best practices for maintaining brand voice.
Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in workflow automation, AI integration, or martech/creative operations.
β’ Strong understanding of AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., GPT, Adobe Firefly, Airtable integrations, Zapier, or similar).
β’ Ability to quickly prototype and deliver testable automation concepts.
β’ Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present findings and solutions to senior leadership.
β’ Experience in eCommerce, DTC, or creative operations is a plus.
