Job Title: Amazon Marketplace Associate
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us
Amiz is a dynamic and fast-growing Amazon agency mostly specializing in beauty, personal care, and wellness brands. We provide end-to-end marketplace management, creative consulting, Amazon Ads management and advisory for our clients on Amazon.
Job Overview
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our clients’ Amazon businesses. This role is ideal for someone early in their eCommerce career who is eager to learn the ins and outs of Amazon—from catalog setup and listing optimization to creative execution and backend operations.
You’ll work closely with Account Directors and our Creative and Ads teams to bring brand stories to life through optimized content, troubleshoot listing issues, and support ongoing performance across organic search and conversion-driving tactics.
This is a great entry point for someone looking to build a career in Amazon or eCommerce, with room to grow into more strategic or client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
Listing Operations & Catalog Support
• Assist with setting up new products, variations, and parent-child relationships in Seller Central.
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, suppressions, and catalog errors.
• Support catalog updates like price changes, title edits, and keyword revisions.
Content & Creative Execution
• Coordinate the development of product detail page content including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to implement best-in-class image galleries, infographics, A+ Content, and Amazon Brand Stores.
• Ensure all content follows Amazon’s creative and compliance guidelines.
• Audit listings for content quality, keyword indexing, and conversion rate performance.
Keyword Research & Organic SEO
• Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium 10 and update listings to improve organic visibility.
• Monitor organic rank and indexing performance across priority keywords.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to identify content updates that improve traffic and conversion.
Inventory & Operational Support
• Help track and update FBA inventory levels and restock recommendations.
• Monitor stranded inventory and suppressed listings, escalating issues as needed.
• Support creation of shipping plans and tracking updates for replenishment.
Seller Central Admin & Reporting
• Open and manage support cases with Amazon to resolve catalog or account issues.
• Assist with uploading promotions, coupons, and lightning deals.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, content updates, and operational metrics.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work alongside the Creative, Advertising, and Strategy teams to align on brand goals.
• Learn how catalog and content updates impact advertising efficiency.
• Support implementation of new SOPs and workflows across the team.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1–2 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central, eCommerce, or digital retail preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills for product content and detail pages.
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Google Sheets, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn a variety of eCommerce skill sets.
• Comfortable using platforms like Asana, Slack, and Google Drive.
• Experience in the beauty, personal care, or wellness categories is a bonus but not required.
Why Join Us?
• Opportunity to work with exciting start-up brands in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising with mentorship from experts.
• Fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth potential.
• Competitive salary and benefits package.
