Role description
OverviewAO2 Management is a fully remote e-commerce marketing agency helping brands grow and succeed on Amazon. We are currently hiring for an Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This person will oversee client accounts, lead strategy, and work closely with our PPC, SEO, and creative teams to deliver strong results. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple accounts, communicating directly with clients, and using performance data to guide decisions. We are open to both part-time and full-time candidates and offer the flexibility to grow within the role.
Responsibilities:Manage Amazon Seller Central operations for your assigned clients, including catalog updates, inventory tracking, and listing maintenance
Lead client communication and build strong relationships through clear updates and regular check-ins
Analyze sales performance and campaign data to identify trends and guide strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to support PPC performance, listing content, A+ content, and brand store updates
Create and maintain forecasting tools for sales, promotions, and new product launches
Work with clients to set goals, develop strategies, and report on results
Monitor the competitive landscape and explore new growth opportunities
Experience:Three to five years of experience managing Amazon accounts, preferably in an agency or e-commerce setting
Proven ability to navigate Amazon Seller Central, including catalog management and advertising support
Strong communication skills with a professional and supportive tone in both written and verbal settings
Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting performance insights or strategic recommendations
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts or tasks at once
Familiarity with Amazon Ads, keyword research, SEO best practices, and tools like Looker Studio or Helium 10 is a plus
Previous remote work experience is helpful, but not required
