The Role
We are hiring an Amazon Account Strategist to lead client relationships and shape growth across Amazon marketplaces. You will work closely with a team of an account executive and ads manager to deliver strategic performance, guide decision-making, and ensure every brand we work with stands out on the world’s biggest online retailer.
This is a client-facing, commercially minded role suited to someone with experience in e-commerce strategy and a strong understanding of what it takes to grow premium brands on Amazon.
Important: candidates must be based in the UK, EU, US or Canada to align with client time zones and operational requirements.
Fluency in English is essential. Native-level proficiency or equivalent is required for effective client communication, internal collaboration, and strategic execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategy and Growth
• Develop and lead tailored strategies for each client, aligned to their goals and brand positioning
• Identify commercial opportunities through data, trends and category insights
• Work across channels and touchpoints to support visibility, conversion and loyalty
Client Relationship Leadership
• Be the strategic point of contact for your accounts, trusted by brand leadership and internal stakeholders alike
• Present insights, performance and recommendations with clarity and confidence
• Communicate proactively and regularly with clients, building trust and alignment
Performance and Execution
• Oversee account operations and collaborate with ads and content teams to drive results
• Monitor and improve key metrics including ACoS, ROAS, CVR, Buy Box, and profitability
• Ensure seamless integration of advertising, content, operations and promotions within overall account strategy
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
• Strong experience in Amazon strategy and account growth, ideally 3+ years
• A background in beauty, wellness or luxury e-commerce, whether agency, brand or freelance
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Client-facing experience and a confident communication style
• Fluency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, inventory dashboards and advanced analytics tools for performance tracking and optimization
• Knowledge of Seller Central, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms
• A structured, detail-oriented and independent work style
• An interest in category trends, consumer behaviour and product storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
