π¨ GigaBrands is hiring a Brand Manager (Remote | Amazon-Focused)
Looking to lead client relationships, drive results, and make eCommerce smoother for everyone involved? Letβs talk.
Weβre seeking a strategic, reliable, and client-obsessed Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. Youβll be the trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What Youβll Do:

Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
β
Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
β
Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to keep progress on track
β
Resolve client issues through the Amazon Assist Desk and ongoing audits
β
Ensure SOPs are followed for onboarding/offboarding
β
Contribute to quarterly case studies and internal team updates
What Weβre Looking For:
πΉ 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
πΉ 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
πΉ Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
πΉ Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoomβor eager to learn
πΉ Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
