About Lesley Evers
Lesley Evers Bouqtiue, Inc is a women’s lifestyle brand based in Emeryville, CA, known for vibrant, original print textiles and modern, joyful design. We sell DTC, in retail stores, and are expanding on marketplaces with a focus on non‑sized accessories (e.g., small giftable accessories).
The Role
Own the Amazon channel for non‑sized accessories end‑to‑end—from Brand Registry and variation listings (color/print) to FBA, PPC/DSP, review velocity, and inventory health. Your mandate is to scale profitable GMV while protecting brand equity and avoiding DTC cannibalization.
What You’ll Do
Complete Brand Registry and architect the catalog for accessories only (parent/child variations across color/print, A+ Content, Brand Store).
Build and manage FBA for soft accessories: prep standards (poly‑bagging, suffocation labels), cartonization/dimensional weight, labeling, and replenishment cadence.
Launch and optimize Amazon Ads (auto/manual, exact/phrase/broad, product targeting, Sponsored Brands/Display) with TACOS ≤ 12–15%.
Create seasonal collections (e.g., gifting, holidays) on the Brand Store; manage pricing guardrails and promo calendar to maintain contribution and MAP parity.
Drive review velocity using Amazon‑compliant programs (e.g., Vine where eligible); reduce “color/quality/damage” return reasons via imagery, copy, and packaging tweaks.
Monitor Voice of the Customer/NCX, Buy Box health, catalog integrity, and enforce IP/brand protection against unauthorized sellers.
Weekly reporting: share of voice, organic rank on priority keywords, CTR/CVR, TACOS, returns/NCX, IPI/inventory health, and net contribution.
Methodically expand the accessories catalog (hero SKUs first), including interchangeable cover variations and giftable bundles.
What Success Looks Like (90 Days)
Brand Registry complete; Brand Store live with curated accessories collections.
10–15 non‑sized SKUs (and color/print variations) launched with A+ Content and retail‑ready images.
First FBA inbound completed with healthy IPI and Buy Box ≥ 95%.
TACOS within 12–15% on core campaigns and early page‑1 organic placement on branded terms and 2–3 high‑intent generic keywords.
Returns profile aligned to accessories benchmarks; NCX < 1% on hero ASINs.
Qualifications
3–5+ years managing Amazon for accessories or other non‑sized products (handbags, scarves, small giftables, SLG).
Expert in variation listings (color/print), A+ Content, and Brand Stores for visually driven catalogs.
Proven ability to scale profitable GMV while holding TACOS and contribution margin targets.
Hands‑on FBA experience (prep/SIOC, dimensional weight, cartonization, replenishment modeling).
Proficient in Seller Central, ad structure, negative‑keyword management, and catalog health (NCX/VC).
Tools: Helium 10/Jungle Scout (or similar), GA4/Looker basics, Excel/Sheets power user.
Nice to Have
Experience launching interchangeable/accessory systems (e.g., covers/inserts) and bundle strategies.
Brand protection/IP enforcement know‑how (transparency, policing unauthorized sellers).
Application Questions (include with your resume)
Share two accessories (non‑sized) case studies with before/after metrics (TACOS, revenue, returns/NCX).
Link one listing you built that uses color/print variations and explain your image/copy strategy.
Outline your 90‑day Amazon launch plan for a 10–15‑SKU accessories catalog (bullets OK).
