Role: Amazon Marketplace Executive– Sheffield Salary: £25K- £30k per annum + uncapped bonus Working Hours: Monday – Friday full time Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working with a sports merchandising business. Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Amazon Marketplace Executive to join their sales and marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a passionate digital marketing professional with a strong understanding of the Amazon marketplace and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will also work across Ebay and Etsy. Responsibilities: • Amazon Store Management: • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence on the Amazon marketplace. • Manage and optimise product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product information, images, and pricing. • Sales Performance: • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. • Implement strategies to increase sales, improve product rankings, and maximize revenue on the Amazon platform. • Inventory and Fulfilment: • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to maintain adequate stock levels on Amazon. • Optimise fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing. • Marketing and Advertising: Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive traffic. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and capitalize on seasonal trends. • Data Analysis: • Utilise analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights. • Regularly report on Amazon sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement. • Compliance and Policy Adherence: • Stay informed about Amazon policies and ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and regulations. Work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve any issues related to policy violations. Required skills: • Proven experience managing an Amazon marketplace for consumer goods. • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or/and Amazon Seller Central, • In-depth knowledge of product listing optimization and advertising features. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends. • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
