Senior Digital Key Account Manager
Location: London Head Office
Are you ready to take on a dynamic and exciting newly created role as a Senior Digital Key Account Manager in our London Head Office? Look no further! We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and oversee our PurePlayer accounts.
Reporting to: Head of Wholesale
Key Responsibilities
• Manage strategy and sales of several Pure Player accounts to ensure that sales and profitability targets are achieved, and optimal brand representation is always in place.
• Optimise visibility, findability, and desirability on partner’s sites by instilling the highest standards of visual merchandising and product knowledge into the web shops and utilizing partner’s marketing tools.
• Ensure merchandising objectives, operating standards, and controllable costs are managed effectively, and reporting is carried out in a timely and effective manner.
• Have a strong impact on the online revenue, profitability, and growth of the local region.
• Be responsible for direct contact with online accounts, ensuring the high quality of our online business: excellent brand image and visibility on their websites, trade marketing calendars aligned with head office recommendations, and excellent sell-in and sell-out figures.
• Develop strategic action plans, in consultation with the local and central management team, to increase sales, address problem areas, capitalize on trends, and identify ways to increase sales through analysis of business sales reports.
• Plan and coordinate appropriate site events to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer loyalty, in conjunction with the management team.
• Manage the planning, coordination, and implementation of site events and promotional calendars.
• Ensure all accounts have healthy stocks (via direct stock reports when possible, or via sell-in/sell-out analysis).

• Prior relevant experience with online pure players is a must!
• Prior line management experience
• Good experience in achieving online excellence utilizing organic and paid tools.
• Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels in the company, both written and verbal.

• Structured and business-driven approach.
