About the Role
We’re hiring a strategic and executional Amazon Marketplace Manager to drive marketplace growth across both Glamnetic and INH Hair. This role will own performance and strategy across the U.S., Canada, UK, and other global markets. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & CRM, you’ll be at the center of channel ownership—from merchandising and advertising to new marketplace expansion and product opportunity identification.
You'll also mentor and collaborate with two Marketplace Coordinators, helping develop their skills while ensuring strong day-to-day execution across both brands.
This is a high-visibility role for a forward-thinking operator who loves to blend performance, product intuition, and leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Strategy & Execution
• Lead Glamnetic and INH Hair’s Amazon business across the U.S. and international marketplaces.
• Build and execute strategies that align with brand, DTC, and retail objectives.
• Develop seasonal and evergreen initiatives to win market share and drive category leadership.
Advertising & Performance Optimization
• Manage and optimize full-funnel advertising, working closely with our Amazon Consultant: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP.
• Analyze performance by brand, product, and market to continuously iterate and scale.
• Maintain and report on KPIs including revenue growth, TACoS, conversion, and share of voice.
Merchandising & Conversion Optimization
• Oversee listing creation & optimization for titles, bullet points, backend keywords, A+ content, images, and videos.
• Ensure all content reflects brand positioning and resonates with the Gen Z and Millennial shopper.
• Resolve listing suppressions, catalog inconsistencies, and performance flags.
Marketplace Expansion
• Identify and evaluate opportunities in new marketplaces including Walmart, Flip, Faire, and more (internationally & domestically).
• Build business cases for expansion, including competitive research, cost analysis, and launch plans.
• Support onboarding and operational setup for new channel rollouts.
Product Innovation & Marketplace Insights
• Use keyword tools, competitor tracking, and consumer reviews to surface white space for new product innovation.
• Partner with Product Development to build channel-informed product ideas that serve the Amazon consumer.
• Inform go-to-market strategies to support new launches based on marketplace demand signals and gaps, in partnership with marketing & product development.
Inventory & Operations Coordination
• Coordinate inventory strategy and replenishment planning with Operations teams and 3PLs.
• Work with our operations team to forecast demand across SKUs and markets to avoid stockouts or overages.
Team Mentorship & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Manage and mentor two Marketplace Coordinators to support day-to-day operations, merchandising, and reporting.
• Foster growth through coaching, accountability, and collaboration.
• Work closely with Creative, Operations, Growth, Product, and Customer Experience to drive marketplace success.

• Proficient in Seller Center, Quartile, Excel, Amazon Business Reports, Helium 10, and/or similar tools.

• Highly organized with strong project management and time management abilities
