Position Overview
The Amazon Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon storefront. This role requires hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective listing management, inventory planning, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content).
Monitor sales performance, rankings, and customer feedback; propose and implement improvement strategies.
Oversee inventory planning and coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase product visibility.
Support advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC) and promotions to drive sales growth.
Monitor account health, compliance, and resolve any listing or policy issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA operations, listing optimization, and advertising.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
Work Arrangement
