Contract Sr. Graphic Designer DTC
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL area (Hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Are you a digital-first designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance? A leading team in the toy and entertainment space is seeking a Contract Senior Graphic Designer to help shape the strategic visual direction of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns. If you're passionate about creating high-impact, conversion-driven content across e-commerce, email, and social media platforms, this role is an exciting opportunity to lead and influence brand engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As Sr. Graphic Designer DTC, you will:
• Lead the visual direction and execution of DTC marketing campaigns and branded digital content.
• Develop high-performing assets across all digital touchpoints, including website, e-commerce, paid social, email, and organic social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment with brand goals and campaign timelines.
• Leverage best practices across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, IG Stories, TikTok, YouTube, and more to design for engagement and conversion.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity while pushing creative boundaries to elevate the brand's digital presence.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in a digital design role, ideally within the consumer goods or DTC industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and social platforms, including paid and organic content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and content formats with a focus on performance-based creative.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; motion design or video editing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with photography and videography is also a plus.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
This is a hybrid role based in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. Candidates must be able to commute on-site four days a week.
Type: Freelance/Contract
Assignment Duration: Through the end of the year, with potential (but not guaranteed) for full-time conversion in 2026.
