Role description
Remote / Contract (2-5 hours per week)
We're looking for an Amazon PPC Manager to provide hands-on support for our clients' Amazon presence. In this hourly, contract-based role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of their Amazon Seller accounts, from paid advertising to listing content.
Responsibilities
β’ PPC Management across all marketplace ads: Overseeing and optimizing all Amazon ad offerings, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to maximize ROI.
β’ Listing Optimization: Conducting A/B testing and managing content across all SKUs to improve organic search rankings and conversion rates. This includes title, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content.
β’ Performance Analysis: Performing price tests and regularly analyzing key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and strategic growth.
β’ Seller Support: Acting as the first point of contact for issues within Amazon Seller Central, troubleshooting problems, and escalating them to the appropriate contacts when necessary.
β’ Content & Keyword Management: Continuously optimizing content and performing keyword research to ensure listings are highly visible and converting effectively.
Required Skills
β’ Proven experience in managing and scaling Amazon Seller accounts.
β’ Extensive, hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
β’ A deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms and best practices for listing optimization, including keyword research and content management.
β’ Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and various third-party tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) for research and analysis.
β’ Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues.
β’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate performance and strategy.
β’ A strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and a data-driven mindset.
