Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central Manager to oversee all aspects of Seller Central operations and work directly with leadership to develop products, scale brands, and drive profitable growth. This role involves managing a small team of VAs while using data and insights to shape strategies that support long-term success. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations including catalog hygiene, variations, flat files, Brand Registry, compliance, and FBA shipments. • Partner with leadership on product development, from market research and packaging to launch strategies. • Supervise and coach VAs/contractors responsible for PPC, A+ Content, keyword research, images, and listings. • Plan and execute product launches, monitor performance, and optimize based on KPIs (sessions, CVR, TACoS/ROAS). • Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as suppressions, IP claims, stranded inventory, and policy appeals. • Maintain streamlined SOPs, timelines, and reporting dashboards for leadership visibility. Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, particularly in launching and scaling private-label SKUs. • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with executives. • Deep knowledge of FBA operations, listing creation, A+ content, and catalog management. • Data-driven mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (experience with Helium10 or Jungle Scout is a plus). • Prior team leadership experience with VAs or external agencies.
