Role description
Are you a data-driven eCommerce professional with a passion for Amazon?
We’re seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Amazon Sales Specialist to help us build and scale our brand’s Amazon channel from the ground up. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for a long-term role based on performance.
About Us
Penn Herb Company is a well-established natural health and wellness company with over 101 years of history in herbal remedies, vitamins, and essential oils. We’re entering a new phase of growth and investing in digital sales channels — starting with Amazon.
Responsibilities
As our Amazon Sales Specialist, you will lead the launch, optimization, and ongoing growth of our Amazon marketplace presence. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, inventory, and operations teams to drive product visibility, conversion, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch and manage Penn Herb’s Amazon Seller Central account
• Upload and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content)
• Perform keyword research and manage Amazon SEO strategies
• Develop and manage Amazon advertising (PPC) campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, sales velocity, etc.) and make data-driven improvements
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and promotions
• Monitor customer reviews and provide feedback to internal teams
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon’s policies and best practices
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
• Proven track record of managing successful Amazon listings and campaigns
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
• Detail-oriented with excellent written communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Skills
We value practical experience over formal credentials. If you’ve built and optimized Amazon listings, run PPC campaigns, and can show results — we want to hear from you.
Bonus Points
• Experience with supplements, health & wellness, or CPG products
• Graphic or content editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry
Role Details
• Status: Temp-to-hire (3–6 months evaluation period)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Location: Remote (Flexible) in Philadelphia, PA
• Start Date: ASAP
