Who We’re Looking For We’re hiring a Senior Amazon Brand Manager with deep PPC expertise and a track record of managing high-performing, revenue-driving Amazon accounts. You’re not just fluent in Seller Centralβ€”you’re a strategic partner to your clients, capable of managing complexity, navigating catalog issues, scaling paid ad campaigns, and steering overall growth strategy. If you're excited by big-picture brand building and love the thrill of optimizing campaigns down to the keyword levelβ€”this is the role for you. πŸš€ Key Responsibilities β€’ Manage 5–8 Amazon Seller accounts as the main point of contact β€’ Build and scale high-performing PPC campaigns with $30K+/month budgets β€’ Lead client Zoom calls and weekly strategy check-ins β€’ Optimize listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, etc.) using proven SEO and CRO tactics β€’ Resolve backend issues (flat file uploads, suppressed ASINs, stranded inventory, etc.) β€’ Develop pricing, promotional, and inventory strategies based on market trends β€’ Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights β€’ Troubleshoot catalog problems and escalate with Amazon support as needed β€’ Track project progress and deliver clear timelines and outcomes β€’ Contribute to internal playbooks, SOPs, and team trainings πŸ” Qualifications β€’ 5+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (this is not a junior or mid-level role) β€’ Proven success managing Private Label brands and/or $10M+ revenue portfolios β€’ Mastery of Amazon PPC strategy + execution β€’ Deep understanding of A9 algorithm, organic ranking, and product launches β€’ Skilled in profitability analysis, including COGs, fees, and contribution margins β€’ Fluent in flat file uploads and catalog troubleshooting β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing role) β€’ Agency experience strongly preferred Perks & Benefits βœ… Competitive Salary βœ… Vacation and Sick Pay βœ… Work Remotely from Anywhere in the U.S. βœ… Work alongside a high-performing, collaborative team βœ… Opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling agency
