Job Summary: Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a skilled Analytics Consultant to drive digital channel strategy for enterprise-level clients. The role involves providing data analysis, insights, and recommendations through the implementation and configuration of digital analytics solutions, particularly within the Adobe Suite and Google Analytics. Responsibilities: β€’ Enterprise client and partner leadership (above the project and program level) including Steering Committee representation β€’ Responsible for identifying KPI’s, success factors and growing the business. β€’ Accountable for discovering, sourcing and analyzing customer digital channel visions (how it would connect back to their experience within β€œAnalytics” systems β€’ Works with product teams to shape the strategy and capabilities for key digital consulting engagements, supporting the evolution of the product and delivery roadmap β€’ Lead and co-deliver strategy consulting engagements (i.e. digital transformation, customer journey, digital marketing, etc.) β€’ Establishes cross-functional operation. Builds support and alignment across a wide range of stakeholders, creates a strong network of relationships among peers, partners, decision makers and stakeholders β€’ Anticipate problems and recommend innovative solutions. Attentive to client and project team needs β€’ Advocate digital marketing education for the organization, promoting new technologies, digital marketing tactics and continually merge with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions Qualifications: Required: β€’ Broad range of experience in the Adobe Suite (i.e. Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) β€’ Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) β€’ Business-minded and data-driven consultant β€’ Ability to provide data analysis, insight, and recommendations to enterprise-level clients β€’ Implementation, configuration, and enablement of digital analytics and other Adobe solutions Preferred: β€’ Deep Adobe Experience Cloud experience with heavy emphasis on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CDP and Audience Manager β€’ Extensive experience with Google Analytics (GA4) β€’ Broad MarTech stack experience (Augmented Analytics, Digital Experience Analytics, Audience Intelligence Platforms, etc.) β€’ Knowledge of modern Analytics best practices and trends β€’ Experience running workshops to elicit requirements β€’ Data analysis experience β€’ Business consulting with an emphasis in the digital channel β€’ Demonstrate ability to be a leader within a collaborative team environment β€’ Pre-Sales experience supporting sales strategy evaluating the customer digital channel objectives β€’ Comfortable creating resonating/boardroom ready presentations for executive (including client) leadership β€’ Articulate and logically communicate with technical and non-technical audiences β€’ Navigate digital marketing concepts and conversations β€’ Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of leadership β€’ Enterprise account experience Company: Blue Acorn iCi, an Infosys Company, is the leading digital customer experience company pioneering what’s possible through the convergence of analytics, digital commerce, customer experience, and experience-driven commerce offerings.
