Role description
Job Summary: Sukoon Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS & Analytics Executive to join our Digital Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, generating actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making through robust reporting and analytics. This role plays a critical part in optimizing digital sales performance and enhancing customer engagement through data intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Data Management & Reporting β€’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to track digital sales performance. β€’ Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across multiple platforms (CRM, ERP, digital tools). β€’ Automate recurring reports and streamline data collection processes. Sales Analytics β€’ Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. β€’ Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and ROI. β€’ Support A/B testing and performance tracking of digital initiatives. Business Intelligence β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and reporting requirements. β€’ Translate business objectives into analytical frameworks and KPIs. β€’ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Process Improvement β€’ Identify gaps in current reporting systems and propose enhancements. β€’ Support the implementation of new tools and technologies for data visualization and analytics. Budget Management β€’ Assist in tracking and managing digital sales budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis. β€’ Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment of budget planning with business goals. Invoicing and Team Support β€’ Support the invoicing process by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. β€’ Assist the digital sales team with administrative tasks and cross-functional coordination. Qualifications & Skills: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. β€’ 2-4 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in a digital sales environment. β€’ Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM systems. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation abilities. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Attributes: β€’ Experience in insurance, e-commerce, call center, fintech, or digital marketing analytics. β€’ Familiarity with Python or Rfor data analysis. β€’ Knowledge of customer segmentation and digital funnel metrics.
