Analytics Manager RETAIL | STRATEGY | CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE | PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS CHICAGO, IL (HYBRID) $115,000 – $130,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS Are you an analytically sharp professional looking to take the next step in your career? A leading retail brand is hiring an Analytics Manager to help uncover insights across the full customer journey, from acquisition to retention to purchasing behavior. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will work across data, strategy, and commercial teams to deliver insights that drive customer engagement, improve campaign effectiveness, and shape business decisions. THE ROLE As Analytics Manager, you will be a key member of the Retail Strategy & Analytics team. You will partner with Marketing, Digital, and Product teams to evaluate performance across customer touchpoints and deliver actionable insights that support merchandising, pricing, and customer experience strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze campaign and purchasing performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention • Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor customer lifecycle health and commercial outcomes • Partner with product and digital teams to test and measure strategic initiatives • Deliver insights to support merchandising, promotion, and loyalty strategies • Collaborate with eCommerce, in-store, and supply chain stakeholders • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and non-technical teams YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You will thrive in this role if you are analytically curious, commercially driven, and comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
