ANALYTICS MANAGER - LONDON
UP TO £65,000
THE COMPANY
We are working with a renowned business in the arts industry on a pivotal Analytics Manager hire.
THE ROLE
The successful Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:
• Lead the analysis of marketing campaigns (digital, offline, CRM) to measure ROI, effectiveness, and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rates, attribution).
• Design and execute A/B tests and incrementality studies to assess marketing initiatives' impact.
• Develop statistical models and predictive analytics (e.g., customer segmentation, propensity modelling) to guide marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to forecast marketing performance and support budget allocation decisions.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, influencing marketing strategy and spend.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:
• Proven experience in Marketing Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Solid experience with Python or R for advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and modelling.
• Hands-on experience with marketing performance tracking, ROI analysis, and attribution methodologies.
• Experience managing - This role will include 3 direct reports.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally in e-commerce, retail, fintech, or media.
