What you'll do:
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand marketing across all GCC markets, with KSA as the key driver of growth. This role covers brand campaigns, PR, influencer programs, collaborations, and events to build Styli’s presence and connect with customers in every country.
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Define and maintain Styli’s brand identity, tone, and positioning.
• Make sure every marketing effort aligns with the overall brand strategy across all GCC markets.
1. Marketing Brand Calendar & Campaigns
• Build the annual brand marketing calendar, defining key and seasonal moments for the GCC.
• Plan and execute campaigns and product launches across social, digital, and offline channels.
• Coordinate with creative, content, and performance teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
1. PR Management
• Onboard and manage the regional PR agency (and additional agencies if needed in certain markets).
• Set clear PR goals for media coverage, brand visibility, and storytelling.
• Provide agencies with brand messaging, updates, and direction to ensure Styli is represented consistently.
• Build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and fashion/lifestyle media.
1. Events & On-ground Activations
• Identify opportunities for events, pop-ups, and activations that connect with customers locally.
• Plan and manage events that bring Styli’s brand to life.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and event logistics.
1. Influencer Marketing
• Build and run a structured influencer program across the GCC.
• Manage influencer outreach, contracts, and partnerships.
• Track influencer performance and adjust strategy as needed.
1. Brand Collaborations
• Identify fashion, lifestyle, and cultural brands for collaborations.
• Lead discussions, partnerships, and co-branded campaigns that expand Styli’s reach.
1. Consumer Immersions
• Organize consumer immersions, focus groups, and market visits.
• Use insights to refine campaigns, messaging, and market strategies.
1. Insights & Reporting
• Track brand health (awareness, perception, sentiment) across GCC markets.
• Report on campaign performance and use findings to improve future work.
What you'll need:
• 6–8 years in brand marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Experience with PR, events, influencers, and brand collaborations.
• Strong understanding of GCC markets, especially KSA.
• Arabic is a must (written and spoken).
• Network of PR, media, and influencer contacts is a plus.
