Role description
The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will play a critical role in supporting the brand team with packaging, labelling, content, and trade marketing initiatives. The role will be focused on supporting the team with artwork, packaging, and labelling and act as a key point of coordination for product information, E-commerce content accuracy, and distributor support. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Labelling
β’ Develop, update, and manage packaging artworks and labelling across all SKUs following the brand guidelines.
β’ Ensure compliance of product claims, certifications, and regulatory requirements on packs.
β’ Track packaging order quantities, forecasts, and manage timelines.
Product Information & Content Management
β’ Maintain a centralized product information database.
β’ Conduct regular audits of pack shots, product content, and brand messages across E-commerce platforms and recommend necessary revisions.
β’ Manage and update product catalogues and brand content on the brand website.
Trade Marketing & Branding Support
β’ Support branded goodies development (branding, design, production).
β’ Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.
Exhibitions and trade shows
β’ Manage packaging content and visuals for trade shows, exhibitions, and internal/external presentations.
β’ Provide updated visuals and content to distributors for catalogues, presentations, and trade tools.
β’ Coordinate and manage packaging/branding requirements for trade shows, activations, and exhibitions.
Qualifications & Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
β’ Good English and Arabic skills are a must
