As Shamal Holding continues to grow, weβre in search of an Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing. In this role you will support the Associate Director in executing the digital marketing strategy for Shamal Holding and its brands with a strong focus on performance optimisation, analytics and cross-channel coordination. This role will act as a key contributor in driving digital excellence across platforms, campaigns and customer journeys. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on execution with strategic thinking, ensuring that digital initiatives are insight-led, measurable and aligned with business goals.
Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization
β’ Support planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across paid media, CRM, SEO and SEM.
β’ Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest optimizations to improve ROI and customer engagement.
β’ Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with brand and business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
β’ Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel metrics and customer behaviour.
β’ Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to senior stakeholders.
β’ Ensure accuracy of tracking and data integrity across platforms.
Platform & Martech Support
β’ Assist in managing digital platforms (web, mobile, CRM) with a focus on UX and performance.
β’ Support martech tool implementation and usage, ensuring platforms are leveraged effectively.
β’ Coordinate with IT and vendors on platform enhancements and troubleshooting.
Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration
β’ Act as a day-to-day contact for digital media agencies, ensuring alignment and accountability.
β’ Support cross-functional collaboration with brand, IT and agency teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
Budget & Performance Tracking
β’ Assist in managing digital budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of spend.
β’ Monitor ROI and provide recommendations for budget reallocation based on performance.
β’ A minimum of 5+ relevant years of experience.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
β’ Prior experience in a similar role agency or client side, as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
β’ Experience in data analysis and reporting.
β’ Proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROl.
β’ Good project management skills.
