This is a dynamic, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly—from keeping stock organized and efficiently managing online orders, to assisting with website updates and supporting our digital marketing efforts. We're looking for someone who thrives in an active environment, loves solving problems, and has a strong understanding of digital platforms and social media trends. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainable fashion, who’s just as comfortable lifting a box as they are updating a website. No retail or warehouse experience? No problem- we offer full training for the role. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Manager with daily administrative tasks • Monitor and manage emails, customer inquiries, and order communications • Support social media marketing efforts across platforms • Contribute to SEO analysis, website updates, and promotional strategies • Provide general support across the team for various operational needs About You • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks • Excellent IT skills; confident using websites, spreadsheets, and social media tools • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively • Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player • Good communication skills, both written and verbal • Previous experience in warehouse, admin, or e-commerce is a plus • A genuine interest in vintage and sustainable fashion is a big bonus!
