Job Title: Assistant Store Manager, E-commerce Duration: 04 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404 Pay rate: $24.00 - $25.00 Hourly Business Hours: 9AM-6PM EST, Mon-Thurs in Office 11AM-4PM, Fri Remote (+OT) JOB SUMMARY: Top 3 skills required: • Shopify experience • Easily adjusts to shifting priorities • Good with tight timelines and strict deadlines • Assist Store Managers with project management for e-commerce stores • Assist Store Managers in setting up & maintaining store environments • Handle one-off platform updates to shops • Monitor shipping rates for accuracy • Assist Store Managers by coordinating product restocks • Assist with managing inventory levels and inventory reporting • Assist with logistics and warehouse management • Work with fulfilment partners and customer service team to provide efficient customer experiences Skills: • Shopify experience (experience working in customer service related field is a plus) • Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision • Easily adjusts to shifting priorities • Photoshop experience is a plus Education: • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in business, merchandising, or a related field • 2+ years experience working in a professional environment • 1+ years experience in merchandising, ecommerce, supply chain, music business, or related field Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
