Title: Associate, Ads & Promotions (Contract - Insights) Contract Duration: Until December 2025 Contract Type: W2 role under Staffing Supplier Pay Rate: $50-55/hour Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Remote - Can be located anywhere in the U.S. Visa Sponsorship: Not provided About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join our CPG Insights team as an Associate of Ads and Promotions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales team to support marketing campaigns that celebrate our unique partnerships with CPG partners. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, developing client-facing reports, and identifying optimization opportunities to accelerate brand sales and category growth. This is a unique opportunity to help define and shape a fast-growing, global consumer brand. What You'll Do β€’ Collaborate with operations and sales teams on scoping ad campaigns β€’ Gather data for marketing products and prepare it for subsequent analysis β€’ Develop client-facing reports to highlight campaign performance trends and identify optimization opportunities β€’ Analyze marketing product performance and derive insights to support sales efforts About You β€’ Passionate about data with strong attention to detail β€’ Effective collaborator with cross-functional team members β€’ Value efficiency and quality β€’ Strong communicator, capable of prioritizing multiple projects Qualifications β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher β€’ 1-3 years of experience in an analyst or marketing role at an advertising agency, e-commerce, consumer brand, or tech company β€’ Understanding of relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and data cleansing methods β€’ Proficient in Excel (maintaining large, complex data sets) β€’ Experience using SQL for data aggregation and cleansing β€’ Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and dynamic environment β€’ Strong organizational and communication skills
