Role description

Responsibilities โ€ข Will be the main point of contact for activation โ€ข Planning and resource management of digital, OLV, and social media campaigns from creation to media execution, performance management, and reporting (as input to market 360 campaigns) โ€ข Main point of contact for central digital activation team; project manager for local activities; coordinating local input & content reviews; driving activation performance and ecommerce with the global activation team โ€ข Execute, manage, and optimize Biddable & Programmatic media campaigns surpassing performance expectations โ€ข Deliver performance & programmatic strategy for client โ€ข Manage client campaigns including strategy development, project management, report delivery, and client communication โ€ข Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional internal & external client servicing โ€ข Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities โ€ข Display organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution, and consistency of SBU performance Qualifications โ€ข 5+ years of related media agency work experience โ€ข Specialized knowledge in breadth/depth of 2 or more digital channels, as well as a deep understanding of social and the ability to lead social and digital activation โ€ข Must have hands on programmatic experience in The Trade Desk โ€ข Must have hands on platform experience in META โ€ข Extremely strong understanding of Online Media & Performance & Programmatic media โ€ข Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment โ€ข Excellent client management skills and high level of expectation setting โ€ข Confidence in analyzing and acting on marketing data This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range $100,000โ€”$120,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely.
