Role description
As Associate Director β Digital & eCommerce, you will lead the execution and acceleration of the digital transformation agenda across 22 countries in the MENAPAKT & CCA regions, covering over 1,200 restaurants. This role is central to driving the regionβs digital performance across aggregator partnerships, delivery, owned platforms (web/app), loyalty, CRM, and digital media β ensuring strong business impact and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Digital Director, you will act as a strategic partner to market teams, franchisees, and cross-functional stakeholders, driving digital initiatives that enhance customer experience, grow digital revenue, and build long-term brand engagement. You will be accountable for supporting performance marketing execution, overseeing full-funnel media performance, and ensuring seamless execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.
A key focus will be delivering results through data-led decision-making β working with analytics, technology, and brand teams to design, test, and optimize digital journeys and lifecycle programs. This includes supporting personalization and segmentation across CRM touchpoints, driving app growth, boosting customer retention, and increasing frequency and lifetime value.
You will also lead the enhancement and adoption of digital platforms (aggregators, web, app, kiosks), ensuring continuous optimization, platform parity, and KPI delivery. Your role includes owning Martech enablement, campaign performance tracking, and maintaining strong governance of data feeds, tagging infrastructure, and audience frameworks via tools like GA4, Firebase, and CDPs.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role requiring strong stakeholder management β especially with franchisees. Experience in franchise operations, stakeholder alignment, and cross-market delivery is key. The role also calls for a strong operational excellence mindset β including experience in Six Sigma, process optimization, and agile execution frameworks.
The ideal candidate brings 10β12 years of experience in digital/eCommerce, preferably in QSR or multi-market retail environments, with demonstrated expertise in building and scaling digital channels, customer engagement programs, and revenue-generating platforms. You are analytical, commercially driven, and thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments. You bring a passion for innovation, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate global digital priorities into scalable, high-impact local actions.
