The Role
We're looking for a data-driven Associate Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth for Nex Playground across key ecommerce media platforms. You'll own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of media campaigns, ensuring that spend is efficient, measurable, and aligned with key performance goals like CAC, ROAS, and sales volume. You're analytical, creative, and performance-driven, and thrive in environments where you can test new tactics, scale what works, and continuously refine based on data. You bring a strong understanding of the ecommerce advertising ecosystem and how to build a seamless customer journey from discovery to conversion.
What You'll Do
Drive Nex Playground's future growth by owning full-funnel media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and retail media platforms, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize creative, messaging, and strategy across channels.
• Paid Media Strategy: Build and lead full-funnel media strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion across our product catalog.
• Campaign Management and Optimization: Own day-to-day execution, actively monitor performance, and optimize towards efficiency and growth, ensuring all media spend delivers measurable ROI.
• Creative Collaboration & Insights: Partner with brand and creative teams to develop assets tailored to campaign goals, and share performance insights to guide future iterations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work across the different teams including brand, creative, community and retail to align on media plans, promotions and key moments.
• A/B Testing Roadmap: Design and execute tests across creative, copy and PDP content to identify what resonates most with our audience and improves conversions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Deliver regular updates on performance metrics and insights, offering actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.
What You Bring
Proven experience owning and scaling campaigns on Amazon or other major eCommerce platforms.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing campaigns on Amazon Ads or other retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect.
• An understanding of full-funnel advertising tools and customer journey, including retargeting and Streaming TV capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to align a diverse set of stakeholders toward a common goal
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to summarize complex issues clearly and concisely
• A high-ownership mentality and accountability in your work
• Ability to work with remote teams across multiple time zones
• Superior written and spoken communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical discipline such as Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics or Finance
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with multiple retail/eCommerce partners across digital and in-store channels
• Experience with modern attribution systems and methodologies
• Interest and understanding of gaming and entertainment
