Role description
Motom is seeking a highly organized, charismatic, and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Creator Strategy & Growth to join our Creator Strategy team and support our expanding network of creators and brand partners. Motom’s white-label social commerce platform, Anchor, helps brands and retailers - including Macy’s, Sephora, and Chewy - bridge the gap between e-commerce and social engagement. Anchor delivers a frictionless shopping experience designed to drive creator engagement, increase conversions, and strengthen brand loyalty.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in scaling our brand-exclusive storefront programs. Your focus will span creator communications, engagement, program operations, and performance strategy. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to creators, helping them thrive and succeed within brand-led affiliate programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about the creator economy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring strong communication and project management skills. You know how to build relationships and love supporting creators in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Program Management
• Manage the day-to-day operations of our client’s creator affiliate programs, including creator onboarding, engagement, and program data analysis
• Ensure creators are supported, engaged, and driving results on behalf of brands
• Assist with the creation and management of brand and creator-facing assets
Creator Communications
• Manage communications across email, platform messaging, newsletters, and 1:1 creator support
• Act as a primary point of contact for creators and their representatives by providing optimization support, solving issues, and building trust
Campaigns & Challenges
• Support the development and execution of monthly social commerce campaigns, incentive and UGC campaigns, and themed activations that motivate and reward top-performers
Strategy & Insights
• Track creator performance and program KPIs; identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
• Provide strategic insights and collaborate with the brand team to continuously optimize program offerings
Support & Community Building
• Help onboard new creators to the platform and provide ongoing support through resource hubs and proactive guidance
• Stay up to date on platform trends, policy updates, and best practices to contribute to creator educational content and resources
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams to share creator feedback, align on goals, and implement improvements
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of post-grad experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing
• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable with data - you know your way around Excel and can interpret performance metrics
• A creator-first mindset - you genuinely care about creators’ success and understand the nuances of their world
• Experience with platforms like Microsoft Suite, Airtable, Canva, or creator CRM tools
• Passion for the creator economy and a strong understanding of digital content trends
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
Compensation and Benefits:
• $58,000-$75,000 annual salary
• Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Coverage
• Commuter Benefits & FSA
• Hybrid WFH Schedule with Tuesdays & Thursdays at WeWork office in midtown NYC
• Unlimited PTO
• Opportunity to Monetize your Socials – 10% commission on all purchases driven by your Motom profile
