Job Description
Our client, one of the world's largest CPG companies, is seeking a freelance Marketing Manager to join their team! This role will lead end-to-end demand generation for one of their beauty brands in the US and Canada (media, social, shopper marketing, and e-commerce).
Responsibilities
β’ Lead and execute marketing and media plans for Beauty brands, including campaign planning, influencer programs, and social-first content delivery.
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies for campaign briefs, content creation, and external partnerships.
β’ Support POS and in-store execution, including visual asset development and retailer-specific activations (e.g., Walmart displays)
β’ Monitor campaign performance, gather insights (e.g., ROAS, UGC), and report to senior stakeholders
β’ Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, and quarterly business reviews
Requirements
β’ 3-5 years of experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketing (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle)
β’ Deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social trends
β’ Comfortable working with creative teams, agencies, and content creators
β’ Strong eye for visual storytelling, reels, textures, and elevated aesthetic
β’ Experience in a startup-style or high-growth brand is a bonus
β’ Should be able to work with agencies independently and hold them accountable
β’ Should be an independent worker with the ability to run workstreams end-to-end
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
