Responsibilities: Strategic & Business Leadership • Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals. • Drive P&L ownership for the Enterprise ecommerce Unit ensuring revenue growth and cost efficiency. • Conduct competitive analysis and market scans to ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive Product & Platform Management • Recommend the product roadmap for ecommerce platforms, translating business needs into actionable features and enhancements • Oversee end-to-end execution of New Business initiatives on eCommerce—from prospecting to go live—including value Added Services, payment Gateway and other fee income generating eCommerce products Customer Experience & Digital Innovation • Recommend and implement merchant-centric eCommerce solutions to enhance cardholder experience and engagement. • Collaborate with IT and Product teams for deployment of new features Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Operations and IT to ensure seamless execution. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the client journey Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal and external regulations from eCommerce perspective. • Maintain updated process manuals and product programs within stated guidelines Ecommerce Business Development: • Lead efforts to sign up large enterprise clients in the Ecommerce space. Achieve annual revenue targets Ecommerce Portfolio Management: • Oversee the management of the top 15 large enterprise Ecommerce accounts at NI. Fintech and Strategic Partnerships: • Identify new partners providing innovative products and services. • Deepen payments integrations and develop sector-specific solutions. Ensure the payments journey for our merchants and their customers is seamless, frictionless, and operationally effective. • Build Value Added Services and new Store of Values through partnerships. Qualifications • MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from Tier 1 institute • At least 10 years of experience in core merchant acquiring and payments business Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships, preferably in the payments or Ecommerce industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
