Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Bookkeeper & eCommerce Specialist with expertise in Zoho Books and online marketplace management. This dual-role position requires someone who is comfortable with financial recordkeeping and understands how to create, maintain, and optimize product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms. ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping (Zoho Books) Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Generate and analyze financial reports. Assist with tax preparation and compliance. eCommerce Management Create and update product listings on Amazon, eBay, Houzz, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and other platforms. Ensure product data, pricing, and inventory levels remain accurate. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay promotions, etc.). Monitor compliance with marketplace policies. Produce regular sales performance reports. Qualifications Proven experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software. Hands-on experience with multi-channel eCommerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Houzz, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe’s). Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotions. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Experience working with product compliance requirements for major retailers. Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Google Shopping, social media ads).
