Brand Coordinator – AquaTru Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) About AquaTru AquaTru is the leading reverse osmosis water filtration brand, trusted by households nationwide to provide clean, safe, and great-tasting water. We are seeking a Brand Coordinator to support the ongoing execution of AquaTru’s brand initiatives across digital, retail, Amazon, and DTC channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow a career in brand management within the wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Support • Assist in executing AquaTru marketing campaigns across digital, Amazon, retail, and affiliate channels. • Maintain and update product content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. • Support social media and influencer marketing efforts by coordinating content requests and gathering assets. • Help manage AquaTru’s marketing calendar, tracking campaign deadlines, events, and promotions. Content & Creative Coordination • Partner with the Creative team to ensure timely delivery of assets including images, videos, and copy. • Proofread and QA all consumer-facing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. • Organize and maintain the AquaTru asset library (packaging, photography, videos, comparison charts, and collateral). • Assist with packaging development updates, ensuring product claims and specifications are current. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Digital, eCommerce, and Amazon teams to update product listings and enhance digital presence. • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure product information and FAQs are aligned across all customer touchpoints. • Support Retail and Wholesale teams with collateral, presentations, and product information. • Monitor reviews and customer feedback to share insights with Brand and Product teams. Reporting & Analytics • Track key marketing and sales performance metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports. • Assist with competitive research and market trend analysis to inform brand strategies. • Support preparation of decks and recaps for internal meetings and leadership updates. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, brand support, or project management (CPG or wellness industry a plus). • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar). • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for wellness, sustainability, and consumer health products.
