The Role As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of both long-standing partners and new brands we bring on board. You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, operations, and sales teams to drive success across multiple channels — ensuring our brands are competitive, profitable, and well-represented. Key Responsibilities • Manage and enhance relationships with existing brands and onboard new suppliers. • Collaborate with leading manufacturers such as DeWalt, Makita, and Milwaukee to maximise performance. • Develop and execute strategies to expand brand presence and profitability. • Analyse category performance, identifying best-sellers and slow-moving products. • Optimise stock control to ensure product availability while reducing excess inventory. • Drive sales performance by improving stock turnover and clearing aged inventory. • Ensure accurate and optimised product listings on the website. • Monitor brand KPIs and provide actionable performance insights. • Work with marketing to strengthen brand visibility and market share. Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Achievement of sales and profit targets for assigned brands. • Stock turnover rate in line with company objectives. • Accuracy and quality of website product listings. • Growth in brand visibility and market share.
