We’re on the lookout for an imaginative Content & Brand Manager who can bring storytelling to life and take our clients’ brand to new heights. In this role, you’ll shape the creative vision, inspire a team of talented content creators, and produce stand-out campaigns that captivate audiences and strengthen their market presence.
Description of the role:
• Translate business strategy and marketing objectives into compelling creative content.
• Own and evolve brand storytelling and visual identity across all channels.
• Assess current brand and content, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop content calendars aligned with seasonal and campaign-level marketing plans.
• Plan and direct creative across ecommerce, lifestyle, and campaign photoshoots.
• Lead the creation of digital and print assets including look books, promotional campaigns, style guides, POS, signage, and packaging.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and CRM teams to ensure storytelling consistency across digital platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional creative team.
• Act as brand guardian, ensuring creative outputs consistently meet brand standards.
• Implement systems and workflows that improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.
About you:
• 5+ years’ experience in content, brand, or creative roles, with proven success elevating brand storytelling.
• Strong creative vision and the ability to shape and critique visual and written work.
• Experience managing creative teams and processes.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content production across digital and traditional channels.
• A portfolio or examples demonstrating creative leadership and brand transformation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
