Role Overview
A well-established e-commerce business within the health and beauty sector is seeking a Brand Manager to support the ongoing development and management of its brand portfolio. The role focuses on nurturing collaborative relationships with existing brands, identifying new partnership opportunities, and supporting brand performance to ensure commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned brands, maintaining strong and productive relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage brand expectations and ensure aligned execution across content, e-commerce, and marketing.
• Contribute to the brand strategy in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager to align with wider business goals.
• Lead the development of brand-specific plans, presenting these to brand partners and ensuring their successful implementation.
• Oversee the ordering process for stock in collaboration with the Assistant Brand Manager, ensuring adherence to order requirements and resolving delivery issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure stock and promotional activity align with brand strategies, including opportunities with affiliates and influencers.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of brand performance, identifying growth opportunities and potential for new brand partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms for existing brand relationships, focusing on profitability and marketing collaboration.
• Initiate contact with potential new brand partners, supporting commercial negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Research competitor activity and derive insights to inform brand strategy and differentiation.
• Provide regular reporting on brand performance, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended actions.
• Manage the onboarding and launch of new brands in line with agreed plans.
• Support new product launches by coordinating logistics, product information, imagery, and marketing assets.
• Contribute to the development and execution of brand-focused campaigns, including seasonal and promotional box strategies.
About You:
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Experience managing supplier or partner relationships
• Proven ability to create and deliver brand plans
• Commercial understanding and ability to drive sales through effective brand collaboration
• Experience in retail (preferably in health, beauty, or related sectors)
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial terms and promotional partnerships
