Expected Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)] Pay Range: $80.00/hr-$85.00/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: Minimum Qualifications โ€ข 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a strong focus on owned and operated influencer programs. โ€ข Proven leadership in building and scaling first-party influencer affiliate programs. โ€ข Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. โ€ข Strong mentorship skills, capable of leading projects independently and guiding junior team members. โ€ข Expertise in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value influencer relationships. โ€ข Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. โ€ข Proficient in data analysis, performance optimization, and ROI measurement. โ€ข Experienced with analytic tools and software for tracking and reporting on program effectiveness. โ€ข Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and influence senior stakeholders. โ€ข Strong analytical skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business goals. โ€ข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex marketing concepts. โ€ข Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing outcomes in collaborative environments. โ€ข Experience in large-scale digital marketing or e-commerce environments. โ€ข Familiarity with Client marketing ecosystem is a plus.
