Role Overview: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in the e-commerce retail domain, preferably within the fast fashion industry. This role involves close collaboration with one of the teams across Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning & Merchandising to uncover insights, optimize product offerings, and support strategic decision-making that drives business performance and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Marketing, Merchandising and Planning β€’ Analyse performance marketing data across channels (Meta, Google, affiliates, influencers) and track ROI, CAC, LTV, and conversion to identify trends, growth opportunities, and performance bottlenecks. β€’ Support the planning team with demand forecasting, assortment analysis, and seasonal planning for our Private Label business. β€’ Provide insights into pricing, promotional strategies, and discounting effectiveness to drive growth and margin improvements. β€’ Work closely with sourcing and merchandising teams to track product performance, sell-through rates, and replenishment strategies. β€’ Monitor key KPIs across customer acquisition, retention, and engagement to support campaign and product planning. β€’ Build, automate, and track scalable dashboards and reporting tools to provide timely insights and enhance decision-making across all levels of the organization. β€’ Present findings to senior stakeholders, offering clear recommendations for strategic decision-making Marketplace and Supply Chain β€’ Own sales and performance reporting for Styli’s internal platforms (App/Web) and external marketplaces. β€’ Analyse marketplace trends, product-level performance, and pricing intelligence to maximize revenue and competitiveness. β€’ Monitor fulfilment metrics such as order accuracy, lead times, warehouse throughput, and delivery SLA adherence. β€’ Work with supply chain teams to identify inefficiencies, forecast inventory needs, and support demand-supply alignment. β€’ Build, automate, and track scalable dashboards and reporting tools to provide timely insights and enhance decision-making across all levels of the organization. β€’ Present findings to senior stakeholders, offering clear recommendations for strategic decision-making Experience Requirement: β€’ Minimum 4 years in ecommerce industry as a Business analyst/Intelligence role in either Marketing or Supply Chain or Planning & Merchandising functions. β€’ SQL (Most Important) β€’ BI tools: Power Bi/Tableau/Data Studio β€’ Python: ETL automations and machine learning algorithms, packages (pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn (sklearn), TensorFlow/Keras etc) β€’ Machine Learning: Regression, Clustering, Classification, Neural Networks β€’ Tools: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Braze, Mo Engage, Branch, Adjust
