Role description
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting eCommerce and ERP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst (BigCommerce Focus) Location: Remote (must work East Coast hours) Pay Range: Commensurate with experience What's the Job? • Collaborate with business teams to gather and document requirements for eCommerce and ERP enhancements. • Act as a liaison between technical developers and business stakeholders to ensure project clarity and success. • Support BigCommerce platform processes, focusing on shopping carts and purchasing workflows. • Work closely with ERP and finance teams to facilitate seamless system integration. • Manage project milestones, escalate issues promptly, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders. What's Needed? • At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or eCommerce projects. • Hands-on experience with BigCommerce platform is required. • Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows, including shopping carts, dual purchasing, and ERP integration. • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation. • Experience with ERP systems, with exposure to NetSuite being a plus.
