Position: ECommerce Business Analyst
Work location: Remote
Visa: GC-EAD, GC, H4-EAD, USC
The BA will work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of features leading up to new eCommerce website launches or enhancements
Responsibilities
• Gather & document business/technical requirements.
• Create user stories, process flows, wireframes.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, go-live.
Requirements
• 3+ yrs BA experience (eCommerce projects).
• Strong understanding of catalog, checkout, payment workflows.
• Agile experience, Jira/Confluence proficiency.
• Bonus: experience with Shopify, Magento, SFCC, Figma/Adobe XD.
