Role description
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with strong NetSuite expertise to join our team. This role is designed for someone who can comfortably balance technical acumen (50–70%) with strong business-facing skills to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technology teams. You’ll help drive requirements, manage ERP processes, and support system optimization for our eCommerce and financial workflows. Responsibilities • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure accurate translation of needs. • Work hands-on with NetSuite to support ERP workflows, purchasing, dual purchasing, and shopping cart processes. • Collaborate with teams to streamline tight ERP processes and recommend improvements. • Support milestone tracking, status updates, and effective escalation of issues. • Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage project requirements, tickets, and documentation. • Summarize technical issues for non-technical stakeholders and leadership. • Support eCommerce initiatives, ensuring ERP and purchasing processes align with business goals. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required). • Experience working with eCommerce processes (shopping carts, purchasing, ERP integration). • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation. • Strong skills in requirements gathering, issue escalation, and milestone tracking. • Ability to clearly summarize technical details for business stakeholders. • Interest in finance, financial services, or membership organizations (preferred). • Must be located on the East Coast or able to work East Coast hours.
