In this dynamic and cross-functional role, you will act as a key contributor to the optimization and standardization of mountain resort operations, with a focus on product configuration and data governance. You will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to streamline processes, enhance the guest experience, and build scalable systems for growth. The role offers a mix of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and hands-on system support across various resort destinations. Accountabilities:
โข Lead business analysis activities for key resorts, including product gap analysis, POS configuration, and cross-team collaboration
โข Support the development and rollout of standardized product catalogs across lines such as lift tickets, rentals, and ski schools
โข Facilitate change management, documentation, and training related to product configuration standards
โข Coordinate with ecommerce and lodging teams to align bundled offerings within the POS ecosystem
โข Drive product and data governance initiatives, ensuring standards are maintained across reporting and analytics
โข Act as the point of contact for ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during implementation rollouts
โข Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and integrate it into product development cycles
โข Contribute to the drafting of playbooks, framework documentation, and reporting data flows
Requirements
โข Minimum of 3 years working with RTP as a product configurator, preferably in ski or resort industries
โข Proven experience in gathering requirements, creating acceptance criteria, and validating technical solutions
โข Solid background as a business or technical analyst, with familiarity in ecommerce platforms like Inntopia and Aspenware
โข Knowledge of revenue recognition mapping in POS systems and expertise in data validation using tools like SQL or Power BI
โข Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for diverse stakeholders
โข Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
โข Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in technical/business analysis or product management
