Overview
A Business Analyst will administer product development across client workstreams and be seen as a point of contact to communicate product vision and requirements. In addition, one can expect to hone product ownership responsibilities and support the implementation of Agile Methods.
Business Analyst Attributes:
As a Business Analyst, one will ask product ownership questions around βWhoβ, βWhatβ and βWhyβ as it relates to product vision.

Critical Experience Responsibilities & Requirements:
β’ Facilitate discoveries and requirements assessments with stakeholders.
β’ Produce business requirements documents, product backlogs, process flows and user flows based on client needs.
β’ Partner with Project Manager/Scrum Lead to drive various Agile Ceremonies (i.e. Demo, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Planning) and curate client communications
β’ Serve as a counterpart to a larger scrum team which includes a Project Manager/Scrum Lead, Creative Director, Solutions Architect, Quality Assurance and Developers.
β’ Develop system architecture diagrams for eCommerce upstream and downstream integrations.
β’ Use Lucid, Miro and/or other tools to create architecture and process oriented diagrams.
β’ Demonstrate expertise and hands-on experience with Shopify.
Preferred Agile Skills / Nice-to-Haveβs
β’ Experience across Agile: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and scrum-based ceremonies
β’ Experience with Agile Issue Trackers (i.e. Asana, JIRA, Trello) and development of Features, Epics, Stories, etc.
β’ Knowledge to understand client needs and drive improvements via discoveries and refinement.
β’ CSPO or Certified SAFe Agilist certifications
