Role description
Job Responsibility
β’ To be accountable for the production and validation of all business information for the company in a timely manner. To use best practice in stores and channels to deliver a high performing business, this includes structure, headcount, systems, processes and benchmarking.
β’ To produce accurate KPI and Management dashboard reports that satisfy the needs of the business owners. Responsible for the compilation, summarizing and communicating the KPIβs to ensure that they are agreed, communicated and clearly understood by everyone.
β’ To work closely with the Retail /Ecommerce Team to set up an effective Sales operations management structure that drives efficiency and leverages all sales opportunities
β’ To provide all business users with relevant business information in a standard format that supports clear understanding communication and drives effective decision making
β’ To be totally knowledgeable on revenue streams, particularly identifying initiatives to increase revenue potential and fully capitalize on the different channels within the business, customers, and employees.
β’ Responsible for identifying business opportunities which will grow revenue and improve profit by using all available information and benchmarking stores and channels.
β’ Identify revenue growth and profitability by ensuring a strong high volume, high profit balanced product mix.
β’ Responsible for Business information and giving feedback to buyers on pricing and margin.
β’ Responsible for Company performance analysis and together with knowledge of our Business and of different working processes across the whole company identify proven solutions, standardize and ensure best practice is used throughout.
β’ Accountable for Business information reporting and ensure standard practices are adhered to.
β’ Responsible for partnering the functions (Planning, Ecommerce and Buying) in coordinating the Business information. We work together to ensure that the company is steered towards the objectives and executes the commercial direction in an efficient and effective way.
β’ Contribute to analyze benefits, costs and investments and develop business cases across the retail functions.
β’ Work closely with Planning team on product performance, inventory holding and inputs of product mark down management.
QUALIFICATION
B Tech (IITs & DTUs preferred) or higher education pertaining to Business Information, knowledge of power BI, Python is a must
EXPERIENCE
3-4 yearsβ experience in similar role / business development working with large teams and complex environments.
